Who is Karin?
My passion is to create the best user experience possible for technical products and services. My way to achieve this is by involving the users in the development process and to work in close relation with the business and the developers. My work always includes user studies, prototyping, usability testing and design iterations to create the best solution possible. Learn, think, create, test, iterate! It’s better to test if your solution is easy to use instead of guessing.
I am a very positive and outgoing person and like to work in teams and bounce ideas with others. I strongly believe that several minds are better than one. With that said I have no problem of speaking up for myself, to discuss and compensate to reach the goal of delivering a solution that both meets the users needs as well as the business.
I have always been interested in computers. My dream job when I was 11 years old was to be a Web Designer (on second place came “a person who makes Robot Dogs” after seeing Sonys AIBO). My dream job today is not far from there, creating the best user experience possible, and I can’t wait to see what new technologies that the future have in store for us!
